The program and a link with travel information is already available at www.fz-juelich.de/iff/sfb_tr6_workshop2004.
- Each presentation is 30 minutes, including from 5 to 10 minutes of discussion. A computer, beamer and over-head projector will be available.
- As mentioned in previous emails, you need a badge to enter the research center Juelich, which will be hopefully ready at the Visitors Service at the main gate upon your arrival. In case it is not, you will have to fill out a form specifying who are you visiting. You can give my name, and further necessary data are in the signature of this email.
- If you come by train: The closest train stop is called 'Forschungszentrum'. For the train that comes from Dueren, this is the last stop before Juelich. From this stop, the walking distance to the main gate is around 15 minutes, plus 5 to 10 minutes to the Institute building. If you let us know in advance at what time your train is scheduled to arrive, we will try to pick you up.
- The starting time for the meeting is 14:00, in order to have lunch before the reasonable arrival times of the train are 11:33, 12:33.
- Please, take into account that the kitchen closes sharply at 13:15, if not a little bit earlier.
- At the arrival time we expect you at the Hoersaal (building 04.8-2nd floor), where we also will provide you with lunch coupons.
- Tuesday evening there will be dinner at the RCJ.
